Kaizendo Scoring System is a tool for used to facilitate organisational culture changes. It allows us to determine the effectiveness of change by analysing activity (Key Activity Indicators) of managers and employees. It depicts the scope, type and quality of change in given areas of an organisation.

Employees register with the system and record actions which they performed within the scope of a project. These are divided into four areas: Awareness, Innovation, Leadership, and Joint-responsibility. The system allows us to manage intensity and level of efforts taking into account the needs and nature of given teams.

Kaizendo Scoring System uses gamification principles (points, achievement badges) which magnify the results of implemented changes and motivate to continued efforts.
