We are right at the centre of a cultural change comparable with the industrial revolution. The accelerating reality provokes mistakes and reactive actions. We tend to go on the defensive. External circumstances impose a manner of functioning. Rather than dealing the cards, we imitate without knowing what’s around the next corner.

And it is not the questions of resources, knowledge or people. We can easily find companies who manage perfectly well despite deficiencies in these areas. The barrier to development is the manner in which an organisation deals with challenges, makes decisions, communicates and manages. Success is measured by whether it is able to create an atmosphere which motivates to continual development. One which does not crumple when faced with difficulties.

However, we go further than just companies, government offices or organisations. We used all of our knowledge and experience to build the Individual Kaizen programme, within the scope of which we’ll show how to adjust the everyday life culture to our targets, passions and dreams.
